At Van Leeuwen we conduct our business with integrity and in a transparent manner. Compliance is the responsibility of all of us! It is important to speak up if you are confronted with violations or suspected violations of the law or the Van Leeuwen Code of Conduct. We can only act on issues which we are aware of. Through the new Van Leeuwen Speak Up Portal, employees and stakeholders can ask questions about integrity issues or report misconduct. They can also do so anonymously should they prefer to do so.

Via the Speak Up Portal, you can make confidential reports of (suspected) abuses in writing or by telephone. You can also ask questions, for example about accepting a gift from a supplier. The webpage is managed by an independent third party, Convercent by One Trust, which protects our personal data in accordance with current legislation.
